Breezy Conch Seaweed won't drop from Fishing​

Bug Description:

We should drop Breezy Conch Seaweed (https://bddatabase.net/us/item/50809/) from Fishing lifeskill, however I'm already Guru 6 and I've never seen a single drop of breezy conch... It's easy to take the other items to awake a horse like Deep Blue Hoof Root and Pure Forest Breath.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Just try fishing in the ocean and never get one breezy conch. Already Guru and not a single drop. ​

 

Its present in fishing, just rare chance

 

Thank you for looking into it. But being honest it seems harder than retail, is it intended? Could you adjust it?
It's beyond frustration... I've been fishing for months now and I only got my first conch the day after I did this report. I don't think ppl expect the same, or harder, experience than official servers.

 

Thanks for your like @loboram, it reminds me to thank @Kolka for fixing mastery fishing. I always said that something was weird with fishing loot table, now I do see my level and mastery influencing my loot drop. And the best part was that we could test this fix along with golden drop event. Didn't got a bunch of gold like gathering water, but now it's definitely worth fishing afk during the event. Still rng, but working good.
