Bringing back the Old PvP Days

No wonder last night I was running around in katalam, couldn't find anything but mobs walking around. Then wayferez invited me to gelk.... And what a surprise lol was fun tho

Pvp will never go back to the way it use to. The fact that u have to locate everytime u wanna pvp in a new map is such a hassle. Pvp before wasn't like that u would always find pvp every where u go. U never needed to locate ur self as much as u do now. Population just isn't like before.

 

The fact that on siel you never seen the population of asmos drop below 104 even on low population times.... Now the only time you will find 200 or more players online is on saturday and sunday ...when it used to be 300 average and 500 weekends. The fact that clerics, legions, etc all these things have become useless because there is no longer any group pvp ..unless u count that weak sauce katalam bullshit which no one should. There is FFA which will be fighting the same people every time or entering mix fight and fighting the 5 or 6 asmos inside fighting each other because no elyos enter it anymore or katalam fighting a mini zerg which always ends in amos getting over run and leaving as soon as any good elyos enter the map. And finally tiamats eye where noobies go to farm the box then get wrecked by a full geared pvp party and then they might call for help if youre lucky. Simply put right now the old pvp can not exist because there is no population to support it.
You should all be advertising mix fight if you want pvp back because the asmo side alone doesnt have the population to support the zerg style pvp.
Or advertise the Arena of disciple. There are plenty of people out there who would spam it when it opens to being climbing up the ranks.
I'd also like to add that more bgs need to be spawned like 1 v 1 , 2 v 2 v 2, 3 v 3, 3 v 3 v 3 u get the idea because these small concentrated events along with things like the KOR AM events are what is keeping the sever alive ...honestly begin spamming them every 20 mins and half the prizes...

Our old pvp days would only consist on heiron and Ingisson back in the days. We had great times PvPing in Ingisson on the way to Undirborg Post where elyos spawns and guards were bugged as hell.

Also in heiron on the way to Jeiaparan. I remember logging on my elyos toon to locate them Asmos (my team) where they at and stand where they at. And of course i won't get attacked because I set them up to be ganked. Thanks to teamSpeak, we could actually troll each other out. But yeah fun times indeed.

 

well a part of shlt is bcs of the ncsoft ....this GP system sux and dont have nothing to do with pvp! before was a battle for ranks...and it was a lot of pvp. now, many noobs going on abys sieges hit the gate few times then sit down for 1 hr to w8 his GP)) as vesi said here is no reason for legions/pvp groups anymore, gamez become a selfish game! i remember i was farming my mithril medals for long time...now ppls sit down in middle of towns and 'kinah/bm/pluma"ser!! i see daily on asmo side 35-40 asmo...half of them are undergeared...what to do...wars? how ? where? ah...and aion without broker is not anymore aion

you think its because of all the bans they made cause of the ffa zerging? I'm still trying to find out why ffa just went poof. It was like yesterday 30 ppl. today 0 and forever shall be.

I don't know.. The only people I find in FFA these days are newcomers. And the typical stalkers. Now of course the typical people that started the whole teaming on Elyos side never go alone ever since the teaming rules got implemented.. And we're talking about a lot of people D:

I mean I've been stalked countless times but it doesn't make me stop going since I have nothing to be afraid of even if they stalk me D:
I guess they did play an important role though.. Newcomers were teaming up, and once they saw they could get banned for it, they just stopped going.. So if the stalkers wanted to "clean up ffa and make people stop teaming", the only thing they did was kill it completely Q-Q

 

can you try to get more stalkers involved? We can make a decent pvp in ffa depending on the amount.

I just think that "rule" is kinda pointless, since people do it anyway. Including people who claim they don't team up in FFA. They should just get rid of that rule and just enjoy pvp. The problem is people take it so seriously.

 

I mean even if there are people who still do it or not, the rule has helped the whole clusterfuck that was happening in ffa.. Before it, you would literally see 6 people running around together. Now they're just 2 at a time. Better that than nothing v_v

Also people have a whole different take on what "teaming up" means.. I constantly get people insulting me and calling me a teamer for running around with Chris and watching people fight without attacking each other..

Its not teaming if u let your "friend" 1v1 or 1v2 1v3 other people in ffa. U can just walk away not atking ur friend or a find another target to fight. But in this case u can't team up at all as the rule says .

It's teaming when u both work with each other in ffa killing people. Now that I can say is teaming.

The rule it self is just plain stupid tho. Ppl team all the time sometimes they just don't notice

 

It's teaming when two or more people work together to kill the same target(s).. Not when they run around ignoring each other, or kill like, 1 of the 3 people that are attacking them. I go to FFA with Chris, and once he sees me 1v1ing against someone and then another person comes to attack me, he just takes them away. I don't know how you can say that is teaming. He drags him away and makes him focus on him instead of allowing him to outnumber me.

I don't attack my friends' targets. I don't know what you're saying xD If you guys are pointing fingers at me and accusing me of teaming up, I would love to see your videos.

 

I understand. Chris chose to jump in and help you take out the other target thats attacking you. It's still a form of helping each other. and for those dum ass stalkers who run around ffa trying to report you will say '' OH THEY TEAMING YOU GUYS AREN'T KILLING EACH OTHER IM F*KING REPORT THEM'' The rule is stupid. People don't realize that anything can happen in FFA People will team on you even if they don't purposely do it. Might as well ban the entire server lol.

 

It's still a form of helping each other, but the person isn't outnumbered, you have to understand. If I was attacking the person aswell he would have to take in my damage aswell as his. He chooses to attack a target that is busy doing something else. Nobody whines or calls him a teamer. So why is it when Chris does the same thing for me and attacks people that are busy outnumbering me, it's calling "teaming"?

People have to understand that just because some people are in the same legion, it doesn't automatically mean all their actions are in the form of teaming up..
