Broker - Kinah Lost after Crash.

Well to start this off, I have no screenshots of this whatsoever because this was a random crash. It was completely anonymous.

I logged in, then I was notified that I needed to collect 1,450,000,000 Kinah, exactly that amount from the Broker, because I sold an Ice Dragon Hat, and a Dragon Flame Sapphire Necklace... something like that. Anyways, I sold one for 700m, then the other for 750m. After I collected the kinah, my game suddenly froze, like no one moved and I couldn't do any actions, so I'm assuming that it was a crash. So I restarted the client, got back in and then... my kinah went back to my original state, NO money from the broker whatsoever. I'm guessing there's no way to get my kinah back, because I have no proof at all, but how can I get proof when the crash was just completely out of the blue?
