hi gm/am there's something wrong with my account anyone can help me please??? i just transfer at asmo race then im using abg cloth set 2 abg sword when i relog my tunic and pants is gone also my sword . please help me how can i retrieve my items..... pelaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

 

Any screenshots of your items before and after the transfer so the higher staffs can look at it? We live by the rule, "No sufficient proofs, No actions."

 

how can i get proof if my items already gone.. i didnt know it will happen..

im not trading anything sir.. i just only use the item then i relog and get on my ely toon after i relog i go back on my asmo after that my abg tunic and abg pants (cloth) turn into rank 4 asmodian jerkin and rank 4 asmodian pants.

most people here learn the hard way. when i came here i didnt expect these things to happen either. after a while, people start heavily screenshoting/recording all their trades and transfers just in case

 

There is nothing wrong on being cautious every once in awhile. It can help you in the future or for instances such as this. So taking a screenshot or video as Smartik said, of your trading transactions, even when you avail Credits, transfer a character, buy items from the Shop or NPCs (Crucible, Abyss items, etc), fusing a weapon, etc. is a helpful move to back you up when things get wrong.

Nonetheless, thanks for the screenshots. I will be forwarding this thread to the authorities to look into this. Although I cannot promise you that you can or cannot retrieve your item back.

might be easier to make a short 20 second video mousing over all your gear than taking a separate screenshot of each and every one of them xD

Same here. i have 2 courageous sword the lvl 30 daeva weapon. i exchange my 1 sword to spear in the npc in pande, when i click ok to trade the sword to spear i didnt get the spear bt i check my cube only have 1 sword left the other sword gone and i dnt even get the spear that i want to change of it.
