Bug character

Was in breshmundir temple event 4 vs 4 in pt, when they killed and I instantly was kicked out of the group and my launcher caught me , I tried to login again and realized that my account actually had not even disconnected, I unstruck and typed the command .fix doll from my account but nothing happened , my friend said the legion was still logged in when in fact he was not . I tried to log into the doll buggy and he was naked and not logava at all.
Gm you can solve this for me please ? I'm desperate .
