Bug on worker slot with perola

Hello i wanna help with a little problem, when i buy worker slot with peals, i buy for a lot of citys, but Arehaza Town its the only one i dont discovery before use the slot open...
so when i try to pick workers on arehaza i see my mystake, when i use the worker slot expand of pearls without discovery the city, the slot dont really open, just spend item and notthing happens...

so why i just hav one worker on arehaza and if i use 3 expansion cupon??
so i get buggy in this expansion...
someone help-me plz u.u

 

On your screenshot you show Shakatu sold , but you count Arehaza workers.
Can u check are you bought Arehaza lodging coupons and used them and not have it in cash inventory?
