bug or limit ?

Hello,
I want to know if there's some kind of limit to use idian on weapons or if it's a bug?

I don't know wha's happened, I put a noble resistance idian on my mace giving me +30 mr and some physical def.
Then few days ago, I notice that I had less mr then before so I checked if it wasn't a conditionning problem but no.
Then I notice it says that my mace had no more additional idian.

Anyone knows about this ?

 

It's surely a bug however we do not have a fix for this yet. What you can do in the future is take a screenshot when socketing, fusing etc. and relog right after to make sure all changes are saved. Sorry for the inconvencience. By the way, if you have a screenshot of your weapon with the idian applied we can do a reimbursal.

 

Haven't experience it cause my idian's usually expired like more than 1 week or more.. the best thing to do right now is what Sam Razor said if you gonna put the idian again make a screenshot so we can know if it will be gone again..

 

Sorry to bring back this topic, but it the second time it happens to me to lose my idian on my weapon.
This is not a great weapon, but I don't need a really nice one just to heal my team mates.
All I can say is I often transfer my gear through my account warehouse to use my gears with my different chars, don't know if it can be related, but it's getting really annoying :sad:.
Btw many there's many days/weeks between the first and second ss.
