Bug or radar hack?

It often happens, I use what I Hide lasts 30 to 50 sec ...
That can challenge even when it is time to hide?
as in

Err ... You used Basic Hide ( Hide I ) and you got attack by a ranger ( which class has Hunter's eye skill which can see thru basic hide constantly ) so ummm... what's the prob? lol

When Bowtox hit you,you're probably still in the fading-status

Which means they can still target you but you're starting to fade
