BUG problem please help me

Hello I need a help.i couldnt find on this forum the bug sections so if someone at least help me here please i want to play.
I download a fresh new copy of Aion:Steel Cavarly from NcWest Launcher (America)
all done also my laucnher automatically patched the game i mean all updates from the official site.
I put your system to my client all good game opened perfectly and i wrote my ID/PSS correct
i pressed accept for the rules also to be sure i scrolled down all the rules,and when i pressed accept
my game didnt connect byt inseast it gone all over the background video of the log in screen.
like it lagged.please if anyone can help me also no firewall on no antivarious on all they off my connection is 1.000 kbps
i live in europe and i will play lumiel IF the game give me the windows to select the server.

ohh no i think i dont have problem with downgrading in this one i logged with another account and i was able to select server i think my other account in the past i tried to change it pass because someone tried to stole it and from that day i never verified it because i forgot my old email :C and i had everything inside there hahahhaah

 

I think that you got your account deleted. From how long you haven't loged in? Because after a certain amount of time, the inactive accounts are deleted.

 

no dont worry i found my char for some reason i can log in from the site and see my champs all.so my acc is not deleted.

 

Wait, so you used your old account and you couldn't go to the character selection screen, but you could with another account?

 

You see i will tell the truth i am a very old player i mean i was here when aion was not free .when the top weap was tahabata if i take a photo of my items from the site u will see that my character has tahabata archon.

soo i was been playing the server for a long time.
and now i want to play again i know that my acc is not vanished because my other account i logged was older.
so yesterday i tried to find my old password for about 3 hours XD i didnt remeber it and when i found out i tried to change it so i change it buttt it asked me for veryfication something that i didnt expect.the bad is this account was in a email so old that now the company ask me to verify answers that i dont remember i think its an hotmail.so i made up a new one gmail the think is i cant log in to my old email to verify my acc ffs so i think this is the prob ffs i can log in to the site with the old password also in the game i log in with the old pass the new one didnt set on yet i dont know i mean i must verify to get the new one but why i cant log with my old one

 

My advice to you is to create a new email, then create a new account and just forget for your old ones. They will be useless anyways, because the time of Tahabata, Anuhart and ABG item sets is over.
By creating a new character, you will get a good starter gear, maxed crafts and instant level 60.
Do the new instances to get Abyss Points, Ceramium medals, Tempering Solutions and Blood marks. With the Abyss Points and the Ceramium Medals you can buy the Ambassador and the shepherd's armours and weapons, which are the best PvP items, which you can obtain ingame. It will take you 1 week max to get fully geared.
Use the Blood Marks to buy the PvP accessories and the Tempering Solutions to enchant those accessories.
Which instances you have to do? Infinity Shard is the one that will need the most. The rewards for killing the raid are 200.000AP, 20Ceramium Medals, few Tempering Solutions and 200 Blood Marks.
You can Also do Illuminary Obelisk instance, for some cool remodells and weapons.

Those Items are outdated. The gear you get for making a new character are 12 times better and the gear you can get from playing the game or donating are even better.

Just start over.

 

yeah i have more problems now hahahahahahhah
i start new account i tried to select a server my game freeze.
i downgarde my Client put itempak.I press start my client start loading and when it cme to NCSOFT logo i got an error Client aion.bin etc.
tried to put again gamezaion launcher update the game etc again i got the error

Try using the loose files.

If that doesn't work. Make a new folder in you Aion folder named Aionlog and start it again. When you get the error, go to the folder and copy and paste the text files here.
