Client Issue Bug Report - SM Essence skill "Incinerate"

Hello there. I noticed earlier that something funny was happening when I used the skill "Incinerate" on my Spiritmaster.

The skill says this in its description.

"For 22s, all non AoE skills inflict 690 on up to 6 enemies within 8m of the target with a chance of reflecting up to 1500 damage back on attacking foes."

However, when I use this skill, it seems that it not only hits my enemies, but also other PC's in the area as well as my own spirit. I didn't have another player to test this theory on, so I'm not certain that it will hit friendly PC targets, but it DOES hit my spirit. which is incredibly counterproductive.

 

Further testing, it doesn't damage other players, but it does still damage me if I'm withing 8m
