Bugg Report - Block Rate

Yup >.<! It is insane.... and sucks hard... T_T;

Its worse that even the anti-stun skill buff doesn't work! And no, I am not casting any skills... the buff should remain and work... but regardless on the floor I go and stay LOL.. T_T;

 

My SM has 2254 MA. I'm sure there are other SMs who have better gear than I do and have better MA.

 

Agreed. and any SM worth their merit has a decent MA like that XD

 

yes AND we chanters can't barely stun with inescapable judgement anymore!

It's like they gave gladiators all the chanters power and annihilated chanters stunning and offensive power. My chanter hits rubbish, I saw people hit FAR higher with trash on retail!

 

MR ''power'' over macc was nerfed b-cuz of interminable QQ threads about it on forum ! Thats the only reason .

TO be sincier i'm tierd of changes ! 1 week mr its good ( i change my build - stacking more macc ) .. then mr its nerfed - ( changeing my build by staking more mr ) .. over and over ....

On retail chanters to not hit insane ! Chanter its more a hibrid class ( cleric & gladiator ) ! It's powers are mostly defensive ( owning the enemy - by ressiting and takeing less dmg as posible ) ! The mantras are a huge advantage - the one with + 500 stun resist its cool ( dunno if its working ) !
Chanter its prety tricky to play with ! But if u know how to roll it its the deadlyest in 1 vs 1 !


And do not forged that many ppls got pvp sets here + the pvp dmg its = 50% ( not 40% hows on retail ) !

 

People should quit QQing and l2p their class when it comes down to it. Would stop a lot of these pointless nerf's that seem to need to be reverted at some point because of how it affects gameplay. If it where to all be retail like, I'm pretty sure people would still qq about it, just for the mere fact of Class A is weak against Class C but good against Class D, depending on playstyle.

I'm talking about the Magic resistance being raised then lowered because of people not knowing how to counter thing's. =P There was also sorc damage that was nerfed. Uhm... Can't think of the others. xD

There's a difference to being broken and people raging about how something is meant to work, and trying to make it work differently. =P That's all I was aiming at with the Class A > B > C thing.

I hope block is fixed soon too. I had to switch my templar to full HP set due to this. And it's freakin' hard to find a cleric who has the patience to heal you everytime when you have 22k HP.

 

I know how you feel, I don't bother asking people anymore for a heal, I just pop some HP / MP regen food, and go from there. ._.' If someone's nice enough to heal me without me asking so be it. o:

 

they lessened Chanter's power coz everybody freaks out on our stuns..

 

I just tested this. Block is being calculated correctly IMO. I dueled a geared cleric (~2600 block) with my archer (~2300 accuracy) and she blocked approximately 1 in 3 attacks when I was unbuffed.

I can fraps a video if you'd like, but I've no doubt that block is being calculated correctly. Furthermore, when she blocked - she didn't take *any* damage which is a bug.

Also, MRes still isn't being calculated correctly. I'd had my suspicions so I tested it with her also. In her MRes set she resisted 20+ Traps/Silence/Sleeps in a row, which definitely isn't retail like.

If you're on Crystal server - Elyos side, I'll be glad to test both with you. Chances are you ran into people who socketed accuracy.

Clerics are supposed to be tough, not invincible.

 

Dunno. I'd have to get ingame and try out the block, because as a temp I'm pretty sure I've seen alot more hits land on me then there should have been. Even with accuracy and everything you shouldnt be able to completely ignore block rate, esp when its coming from a templar with 3.9k block with steel wall defense up.

Mres im pretty sure is buggy but I dunno. as Stated I need to get ingame to test it. (Patching at the moment)

Mind you I run into gladiator's more then any other class, so it might just be my luck against them. Temp v Temp fight's seem fine block wise. Temp v ranger... Well I havent met a ranger that knew what they where doing so it could just have been my luck against glad's.
