Bugged Account?

Hello Everyone!


Yesterday I found a problem with my account, right after the server restarted.Well, the problem is that right after I write my id and password, it tells me that I am discconected. I already sent "A player Unstuck request", but I am not sure if it's the character's problem, or account's, so I decided to ask on forums too. I think the problem appeared because I created a character on that account right before the server restarted.

I would like to know if anyone had this problem before, and if there is anything to do besides waiting.

Didn't get such a problem nor did I hear anyone having such a problem except you. You might want to send a PM to one of the Senior AMs for them to check it for you.

 

interesting. did you see the new character after you made it or did the server shutdown while you were making it. it's also a good notion to follow the log out prompts to make sure there is no data loss.

send me a pm with your new characters name and a previously existing one. thanks
