Bugged Character

Hi All,

Can someone pls help me fix my bugged character.

i have 8 toons all lvl 51-55 in the one account and 1 ranger that's bugged

each time i log her on the client crashes

i have reinstalled the client 3 times now and it still hasnt helped

i did the untuck request and it took her to the starting point in ishalgen but i still get the same problem

the other day when the server was about to crash i got to move her to adelle's village but since the server is up n running again its back the the same crashing problem

i don't have any problems with any of my other characters

is there anyway i can get her back!

i am running directx 11 and my pc is 3 weeks old

i really dont want to lvl another ranger but if there's a way i can have her gears and title transfered i wouldnt mind it also

its just ive donated a fair amount for her gears and title i wouldnt want them to go to waste...

i have sent numerous messages to the gm's and i am still awaiting a reply

please help!
