Bugged install

Hello. I have installed Aion as it's written in the "How to connect" on the servers site. After installing and letting the game full update (till pacth 2.0 or something like this), i applied the Gamez Aion Launcher. I'm logging in, creating a character...but when i'm entering the game i'm getting screen freeze, my character's portrait is a chicken or something else that i created, or i'm getting bugged textures. I must mention that all my other applications are running ok and not experiencing graphic card issues or overall hardware problems. Pls help
