Bugged Password Resets

Hi all,

We're been aware of the fact that some of you are having issues resetting your passwords lately (generally with *@yahoo.com emails since yahoo is a bit well.. crap) and have been considering how best to deal with this.

Initially we considered changing how passwords are reset to make it easier however that was deemed an unnecessary security risk so we'll be going about this a different way. If you are unable to reset your password and know/have access to the email you used then you will need to send an email to [email protected] requesting a reset with the following information.

Account Name:
Character Name: (The name of at least one character on your account)
Desired Password:
New Email Address (Optional):

Note: This email MUST be sent from the email address registered to your account. If it is not then I will not reset your details. ​

Those who registered with fake email addresses are likely out of luck unless the email is obviously super-fake and they are able to provide substantial proof of ownership (e.g. donation logs). I make no promises there though - pretty idiotic to register an account with a fake email.

Fixed a bug with my @gamezaion account that was blocking some emails from showing up.

Will go through any missed/backlogged emails tomorrow afternoon (which works out to 24 hours ish after this post I suppose).
