Bugged Quest/Help with Quest /GM CHECK PLS\

Hi guys... i'm back... again with another problem with a quest...this time is the Final quest from the Tiamaranta's quests.... it's called Nemesis... and i have a problem with it...

these are the objectives :

Step 1. Go to Garnon’s Secret Chamber, and talk with Garnon.

Step 2. Find the Fatebound Legion, and talk with Carnidae.

Step 3. Attack the Hushblade Legionaries [8].

Step 4. Talk with Garnon.

Step 5. Attack the Protectorate[14].

Step 6. Defeat Bodyguard Captain Cartuan.

Step 7. Talk with Adella.

BUT, when i talk to Garnon , she send me to another place (to tiamaranta's eye , but seems like another dimension, it not the normal tiamaranta's eye)

so i start looking for the NPC Carnidae... (doesn't have a location in the map, and the dimension or area where i am it's not mapped also...)

and there's NOTHING, NO ONE... you can't see anything on the minimap on the right...and i already walked all that place and nothing... so there's no NPC... BUT when i was exploring.. i encounter 2 barriers... and of course i can't walk through them... it's this a bug that doesn't let me continue the quest??... or i'm in the wrong area?? idk,
someone can help me to go to the correct area, or a gm can help me to finish this quest??:S please...

i spawn there... as i said, no map, no persons, nothing! :

that quest is still bugged (same as in Asmodian-version of the quest)
