Bugged quest: Keeping the Black Claw Tribe in Check

Since the official bug thread is closed for some reason, I thought I'd make a new thread about this after being unable to find anything via the search function on this forum.

Basically, it seems as if the quest "Keeping the Black Claw tribe in Check" is bugged, as neither "High Spellshifter Abija" nor "Shaman Gabacha" seem to spawn, even after waiting a few hours. Hopefully the Gamez Aion team can fix this in the next update or so.
