    It Can Be Conditioned to level 2.. Coz of Conditioning Scrolls of level 2 :pinched:

    It doesn't go above level 1. Whether you use a level 2 item or not.

    It Goes :3 Coz I intended to use the scroll of Condition scroll level 2 Then It Conditioned to level 2 .. My character name is Zhiccoh So u can check it .. Well it says like this " Conditioning level (2/1) ..

    I dont think that means that you got extra 16% attack speed :p it must just be a visual bug. Check your attack speed.

    Even if you manage to get it to say 2/1 you wont get any additional stats beyond level 1

    WoC1/2 are completely separate items with no relation to eachother whatsoever as far as the gameserver is concerned.

    so you pretty much are getting the wings to have twice the conditioning length, why do you have any problems with that?

    you can use Condition scroll level 2 On WOC Level 1 but you won't get extra stats on the wings you will just get 2/1 so i suspose your WOC1 Will last longer with the condition level 2 But if you want extra stats then i suggest you get WOC2 And use the condition level 2 on it.
