Bugs and non-working thingys that piss me off. Literaly piss me off.

Hi, I am sure that you are aware about this common things. And also sure you didin't solve it since the update. I might say this "update" was the bigest fail for you. Many things are screwed since the update, and not even gamez were in hard times before update saw the population was slightly over 100 (asmo side) now after the"update" is going down,down,down. You don't care I saw " Who doesn't like ,just leave if you don't like the gamez".
How can we like it whend we don't have a broker? How can we like it whend we can't make SSB -Sauro Suply Base because:
a) last weeks you needed the AM "Help" to teleport you to the final boss- niiiiiceeeeeeeee (you do SSB and if isn't any AM online you eat you're feet toes yummy)
b) Now you don't get anything.
So yeah,you introduce us "Levinshor" (man I love this),so you introduce us the new zone man cooool,yeah.

1. Can we farm for the new quest's? NO
2. Can we go to the new instances ? NO
3. Can we loot Berita's and search for them ? NO

How can elyos buy all they need from shop's and asmodians can't buy Weapons and accesories?(I am sure the you will respond,"is a known bug we working on it,be patience,what a nub"

If this is what we deserve,for all those years we were with you,if we deserve this answer that imediatly tell us" Shut the f**k off and go away if you don't like my server" I am sorry to hear that. Many will laugh,many will say I am nuts,and making drama, but in the endl you will see. Have past a lot of time since the update and or I am blind,or they didn't solve anythig. So yeah listen: Be patience! Or who doesn't like ,just leave if you don't like the gamez!

They probably won't bother fixing 95% of the current bugs until the next version of aion is released..

 

I just want all the things to be heard. And hope for some day in they way way future to be someway normal. The situation now is below normal,and people don't care. Lack of common sense and respect.

 

They don't care about the current bugs because it's not effecting there pay cheques... but just imagine if there was "bug" in game that allowed players to purchase arbiter/elite gears for AP & Medals. You can bet your life they would fix that bug in less then 5 minutes of it getting reported. Meanwhile we're still waiting months for broker etc to be fixed.

 

Logically. They added the Elite Gear just the Shine above the bugs. A lot to say but you don't have people to hear.

 

i agree with what u said but unfortunately this is one more thread like many more who will R.I.P. after first day because nowone care.

 

Nothing goes well, and no one will show any interest of this thread,even players. They learn to play in this conditions.

 

I understand your frustration however can't completely agree... The staff is always working on bugs. They don't have a whole group of devs working like retail... so chill and have a orange juice! As far as I can remember it always took 3-5 months after each update to fix bugs...

Considering fixing one bug creates another.
At least we don't fall through maps anymore and such.

Just be patient.
Posting such threads in no way helps the community of gamez stay populated especially when new players arrive@ these threads do more dmg than good!

Gamez isn't Gamez if it has no 'bugs' .

That's the best thing Gamez can offer to their dedicated players since 2010. The huge number of bugs made the Gamez very popular and gathered lot's of donators. Now you know newbs...

 

Chances are these bugs are already fixed and they havent updated the server yet since they like to make larger single releases rather than restart the server every day once they fix one thing.

 

I'm pretty sure I know who you have in mind when posting this phrase :3 Just give people some time. Some of the newest staff have deemed it appropriate to go in every suggestion thread and argue with the players saying "if you don't like it, here is the door, fuck off". Don't put every staff member on the same category just because one of them still hasn't learnt how to reply to questions and concerns.

Second, you always hear "we're working on it" but the things never get fixed? If you hear it from the AMs, it's not their fault things never get fixed. I remember my short time in staff when I would say "I can't spawn the NPCs, I have to wait for an SAM to login and do it cause I don't have the command, but I have already notified them and we will fix it as soon as possible" and people used to reply "yes you can spawn them, just stop being useless and go do it, useless AM, blablabla". If you wanna be mad at someone, be mad at the admins.

Now the third point I read, about not caring about bugs that don't affect their pockets and being active as hell when there's a bug that makes them lose money.. So so true. You remember one time when voting was bugged for a month or so, and the admins kept telling players "it's not our fault the voting is bugged, go contact the sites". Yes it WAS their fault. It was THEIR private server and THEY were responsible for fixing the voting, but you know why they gave people the same answer? Because for however long the voting system was broken, people donated instead of voted. And that favored them. But you know that one time that transfers were free when Lumiel went European and they said transfers would be free for 4 days? Well, on the 3d and 4th day a bug appeared that didn't let anyone transfer. We all hoped they would fix the bug and extend the time of the free transfers, but they did not and they instead ended the time of the free transfers. Why? Because they would lose money. Just to give you an example, my character was stuck in Lumiel and later on I had to donate to get her back to Siel just because it was THEIR fault for not fixing the broken transfers.

It's always been like that. Maybe the phrase "if you don't like it leave" is appropriate at this case because these people will never change no matter how much you do for them. Some people don't appreciate anything, some people don't care about their players. It's how it's always been.

Well...I don't trust any AM,because everytime we all was here screaming for a bug that have nothing to do with :donations... all that we get was"will be fixed soon,be patience" so that's the truth no need to hide this things..

 

AM's say it will be fixed soon because they cannot do ANYTHING about it, my dear. Their job in these situations is to calm the players by reassuring them that they are indeed working on it, and by "they" I mean the higher ranks and not them. If AM's tell you "broker will be fixed soon", don't be mad at them, but be mad at the admins cause it is up to THEM to get these things fixed. AM's are ONLY responsible for in-game events and questions, porting people to instances when they bug themselves, helping people on the forums by answering their questions, and whatever they cannot do, they are responsible for letting the higher ranks know. Don't be mad at them, be mad at the admins. (With one exception being this certain staff member that has been going around saying "if you don't like it here's the door, fuck off")... THAT staff member, you can be mad at.

And in the end.. Here's the thing. When bugs appear, they get fixed in the next update, as far as I know. Who knows? Maybe there is a fix for the broker and there's always been a fix even a day after the bug appeared. But it will only be implemented with the next update.

 

I find it funny how people complain about everything.

They complain about "No events!" (When there are bug fixes to prioritize)
But when staff gives them alot of events after weeks of asking, the same or similar people start complaining about the bugs.

I stopped caring about the bugs and events. I just play the game now and enjoy what I have. The game is free. It's not like you pay $60 and then $15 per expansion or you are paying $20 per month.

And for those who donated and probably response "I spend money on this server" and blah blah blah... Were you forced to buy the credits by someone putting a gun to your head? Did you read the donation page saying that you are not promised any kind of incentive or service or product when you donate?

 

That is the original point of a private server, lol, I don't see why we should praise a private server for being a private server?

 

Again Id like to point out that the possibility of the bugs already being fixed is pretty good. Not like they would tell you anyways lol.
