   When Retail updated to 4.5, the designated NPCs for Idella Fragment were not selling it hence when we updated, Gamez also didn't have it. It was just lately that Retail fixed the problem. You may refer to this thread in their forum: Idella Fragments - Aion Forums Fixation is taking longer since this issue was client side, not server side.
