    Scout ascension quest for both Asmo and Elyos

    Quest Name / Quest ID: A Ceremony in Sanctum/A Ceremony in Pandaemonium
    Quest Location: Sanctum/Pandaemonium
    Brief Description about it: For scouts both the Asmo and Elyos NPC's (Eumelos for Elyos and Thialfi for Asmo) are bugged, they don't let you finish the quest.
    This counts for both servers.

    Thanks in advance for fixing this

    Update: It let me finish the Elyos version after a lot of relogging, but the game crashed immediately after it completed

    Just to state though, last update fixed the optional reward quests. You can claim reward and finish quests now. Good work!!
