No! This is only a pre-download, right now you have to use the current client you already have and only when update goes live you use this pre-download.

will u update SmartGuard compatibility when Windows 11 out ? i mean, will u update soon after Windows 11 released or maybe still later ? i wanna downgrade my OS to w 10 if its still takes time

The short answer is; Yeah, of course there will be an update of the game, at some point after the roll out of Windows 11, that updates it to work with the newer version. Unknown date and time.
