    for example if i buy an ABG item , wht should i do? take ss ? inform GM or any guide here regarding precaution step for buying ABG item?

    if you buy abg for urself and you enchant it to +15 yes take SS in any case it might dissapear u got proof of ur equipment.

    When you buy an item from the Webshop it's better to make a screen shot when u enchant/fusion/add godstone on it just to be sure that you won't loose anything and that you will have proofs if something wrong happens.But you always have the webshop history.
