Campaign Quests

I'm new to this server, and I just have a couple questions about some campaign (and Daevanion) quests. First off, I was wondering if the quest "Project Drakenhammer" works. I'm pretty sure you need "Speaking Balaur" and one from Theobomos to start it (Speaking Balaur requires the start of the Reshanta Quests, but Michillas doesn't exist). So my question was basically if you guys found out how to get around that or if you have to go somewhere else to find Michillas.

My second question is if you can do the Lv50 Daevanion quest. One of the prerequisites for that quest is all of the campaign quests in Elyos regions, so again wondering if you guys got around that somehow (I kinda want Miragent's armour set, lol).

Anyways, if anyone could help me answer these questions that'd be great.

Miragent quests are really hard and time consuming,also you can only get boots and gloves,and afaik the rest of the quests for the other parts are broken..about project drakanhammer i did it a long time ago and it worked,but there have been alot of updates since then so there is the probability that that quest is broken as well..
