Campus Life and Torrents!

Hi just thought i would throw this out there. My son is living on campus and his school blocks VPN and Torrents of any sort. I do understand the reason for it but I would think that BDO is torrent based that many folks cannot enjoy the game because of this.
Collage students love to play and spend buck as well.
As a suggestion is this game/server able to even be setup as a none torrent type of system?

That's all I wanted to mention. I mean in the end it is about money making to support the services..

the launcher allows the use of download but its not like the best thing. it depends on everybody allowing the launcher to seed but even then it wont allow us to turn the upload higher ;/ only way to do it without torrent would be a file share of the whole 51gb client
