    It seems like the problem is with your graphic card drivers.
    Are they updated?

    i dont know if its updated or not.coz i only play in my cousins computer shop.can u help me via team viewer?

    Question - Do you get this problem every single time you try to open your client?
    Try this quick fix for me. Open the client again, and if it gives you the same error, go to your task manager, and end the "aion.bin" task. Then open the client again.

    If that doesn't really solve anything it might be your drivers needing an update indeed.

    Update: The user's problem was solved by updating his drivers.
