    i download AION fom NCsoft when the download reach 99% stops so what i have to do

    Pando Booster could be causing this, you can disable it from the ncsoft launcher or keep end tasking it from ur task manager.

    Edit: this happened to me when I was updating to 3.7, I had to update again, but make sure pando booster is disabled.
