Solved Can i get a refund?

Uhm i made a thread asking if the Divine weapon/armor upgrader in Kaisinel Academy is working:
Now a while ago i bought the tac plate items and went to the npc to upgrade it for the purpose of saving crucible insignias. I already saw that i met the requirements and i hit the confirmation "OK" button for the upgrade. However it was not working 100%.

I was not able to upgrade the helm, the pants, and the gloves. I was able to upgrade the breastplate, shoulderplates and the boots. I really need to have the set so i bought the noble tac pants and gloves normally from the other npc and i was able to do so (i asked about this already), but i ran out of crucible insignas in buying helm which cost 93k.

Uhm, so can i have a refund for the helm, the pants, and the gloves that was not upgraded?

I am also planning to buy the sword and shield, may i know if i could use the npc upgrader for that or i will just buy it normally for a higher price?

Your items have been sent to Ceranium. The reason why i'm sending them is because it was partly our fault for not fully testing it when someone from staff had told you that it was working. As for the weapons I would not try upgrading them because it can get buggy.
