Can I switch the games voice acting to english?

Is it possible to switch the games voice acting to english. I don't know what language it's on now but I don't speak it. I have the npc language setting set to english but they still speak in russian or it's something like russian. I know there's a mod out there to get japanese voice acting but I'm just looking for english.

EDIT: I found a solution if you are having the same problem change your language setting to russian click apply then change it back to english and click apply
