Can No Longer Launch Game

I played the game for a few hours, but now whenever I attempt to launch the game, the launcher only displays "Preparing to download...". I saw under the common errors and solutions that it may be a problem with my antivirus/windows defender. I made exceptions for them and the problem remained. I then turned off my antivirus, firewall, and windows defender. The launcher still would not get beyond "Preparing to download...". Upon re installing the launcher, the error still remains. Upon reinstalling BDO through Steam, the launcher still says "Preparing to download...". I am not sure what suddenly changed to no longer allow me to log in. Is there any known fix to such an issue?

It seems to be an issue tied directly to launching the game. I attempted to reinstall the game through the launcher and it reached 100% of the download. Once it hit 100% however, the launcher once again started saying "Preparing to download...". Still unsure what would have changed from approximately a week ago that no longer allows me to launch GamezBD.
