Solved Can not change Tuvala gear from season to regular gear after completing season

After I did my graduation for this season, all my tuvala gear is red and I can not eqquip it anymore.
I spoke to Fughar but he has no chat(s) or quests.
I also try to speak to Tranan Underfoe, cause I thouught i had to exchange my gear here, but he does not has any quests or any chat options...

How can I fix this so i can use my season char on non season. I do have the grudation cap and gown but no other items.

 

Why would you get out of the season servers if your gear is not even full PEN in the first place?

 

Cause I did not want to waste Failstacks on pen tuvala getting the 60 stacks from TeT'ing everything was enough. and the season rewards ofc

 

When you graduate you receive a "[Season] Tuvala Conversion Stone Box", which will give you Tuvala Conversion Stones.
The Tuvala Conversion Stone allows you to convert Tuvala gear into one that can be equipped by non-season characters.
This will give you one full set of Tuvala gear (including accessories).

 

I received the box indeed.
I handed over the stones to the balcksmith in Veila, but after that there was no option to convert any of my gear.
I thought it was bugged so forfeited the quest. So now I dont have any quest or any of the stones to convert my gear.

 

You shouldn't have done that and I don't think there's anything that we can do...
