Can not connect to game server

ive made several accounts on lumial and everytime i get a character to 45 what seems to keep happening is i will crash and i will be unable to reconnect to my account...i have tried to restart my comp, restart my router, ive tried AM's kicking my online character. If anyone else has any suggestions please let me know its kind of frustrating. oh an also when it does let me log in i try to enter the server with my character and it will reset my UI to default and it wont even connect it will just continue to show him on the character selection menu and then i wont be able to do anything and the process starts over again...
