This is the message i sent on November 5 from this page,

First,i`m Japanese. I`m not good at English.
I bought a Beautiful Swimsuit for 750 credit at 3:48 pm on November 5. Then i remodeled it to Anuhart Spiritmasters Tunic. My Anuhart Spiritmasters Tunic looked like Beautiful Swimsuit. Do you know the server was restarted at about 6:00 pm? After that I logged in to the game,my Anuhart Spiritmasters Tunic looked like Anuhart Spiritmasters Tunic... Where is my Beautiful Swimsuit?It was lost...but my credit was decreasing...
I want you to return my Beautiful Swimsuit... Although you are probably very busy,I need your help. Thank you.

I also bought a Beach Hat for 750 credit at 10:54 am on November 13. Then i remodeled it to Anuhart Spiritmasters Pelage too.
My Anuhart Spiritmasters Pelage looked like Beach hat too. But after i relog,it was gone too. I have only these ScreenShots,because I dont think that the item disappears...

Please return my 1500 credit or Beutiful Swimsuit and Beach Hat...

 

Do you have any screen shot after and before you remodeled your items?

 

I think you should send screenshots that you bought them. Anyway I had this problem too... free bump for you
