It's possible however the burden of proving the account is yours and there are quite a few things that we can require for verification purposes.

Thing is prolly to prevent RMT accounts easily changing hands and there is no other way to do so than making it almost impossible to change the registered e-mail. xD

So this can't possibly be enough, anyone who has access to the account (no matter what reason) could name those just by loggin in on the page and having the info what e-mail was used before from the seller or whoever.
