cannot access through the game server??

This problem still ongoing and still no response from them

You can try to do the ff. steps in order to make sure that your computer is getting an IP address automatically and not set to any IP Address.

1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3.
( Category View )
Click Network and Internet
Click Network and Sharing Center
( Large/small Icon View )
Click Network and Sharing Center
- Inside of the Network and Sharing Center click Change Adapter Settings ( Located on the upper left hand corner )

4. Right Click on the Connection that your currently using
Ex : Local Area Connection
: Wireless Network Connection
5. Click on Properties
- It will show you the Properties screen. Inside of that screen there's a box in the middle part says ( This connection uses the ff. items )
6. Double click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
7. Under General Tab : Obtain an IP Address Automatically should be selected. If not then choose that option
7. Click on Alternate Configuration Tab and make sure that Automatic private IP address
8. Click OK

Please be informed that I haven't tried it yet to those who have this issue coz i didn't experience it but it MIGHT help and please don't blame me if it wont work.! Thanks

BTW : You can also try to repair your NCLauncher as well coz im always doing it if i have a problem.

 

I am pretty sure Infinite Aion's Support IS ALOT WORSE and the topic will probably sent to graveyard in their forum.

Check your connection and ISP. Maybe is one of them cause the problem. Or...it is possible to tell us which OS you guys are using?

we have tried all sorts of things just to fix the problems *except that stuff !Airick09's saying* i'll try that later. and why on earth would we troll? we've posted screenies on other threads incase you're not convinced. FYI we haven't got online for weeks now cause of this problem. and in my case, its nearly a month now... this issue haven't been looked up by any dev or Carl..
and not even replies from any of the AM's or anyone who is a part of the staffs..

I tried. When i open the launcher, its "online" but when i login, "cant connect to the authorization server". I looked into the log file and saw the gamezaion ip was open but it will close immediately.

 

it seems this is an ISP problem..my friends who have same ISP(not aion player) can't connect to the site.but those who have diffrent ISP can connect. for those players concerned about this problem please report this to your ISP... Iv already reported this but it looks like one report is not enough to make our ISPs alarmed. they keep on telling me those basic troubleshooting method that doesnt work... The more complains the better....

 

.. yester in our shop some players cant online in gamezaion.com and cant connect at gamez.. while i am playing and online in gamez.. after they restart there pc and instead to use WTFast.. they use battleping then they try to connect.. and poff connected ..

That's what I original thought , we've been discussing about the problem might with IP and ISP at the previous posts , but no one was listenening , especially when we said CHECK everything but some of you DIDN'T Even listen and somethe people who think they got NO PROBLEM BUT WAIT in the thread like a BUNCH of morons and Blame to the Staffs of Gamez like Crap support.

any update to this connection problem?? for almost 2 months, still cant play aion :sad:!!!
