Cannot Connect To My Shai

    Hello,
    I disconnected while doing Vell today at CH1 and then I could not get back onto my Shai from any channel. However, I can connect to my other characters.
    I have tried to force check 5 times, deleted usercache and tried to rescue my character from the GameZ website but it still would not let me get on my Shai. Now I'm currently reinstalling the game. Please let me know if you guys have had this problem before and if there are any solutions to it! I'm going to miss the enhance weekend!

    Can you transport the character through the in game transport? The one that takes an hour to do? This sounds like an account issue so I will make @Noyah aware of your problem.
