Cannot connect to the server.

I tried to play just now, after the terms and conditions, it says, cannot connect to the server. Is the Siel server down? or is there something wrong with my account?

 

I just logged in fine, are you using any ping reducer or any thing running in the background messing with your connections?

 

I only use leatrix. I logged in fine just last night.

 

i'm getting this too, only in the first try of logging in and after that, i can log in just fine.

 

I tried to log in many times, still getting the problem. Sometimes, there will be "You are already logged in(2)" then, I tried it again, still,cannot connect to the server.


"You are already logged in(7)" what does that mean?

 

don't worry about that, it's just because of your disconnections or if you failed to log in game.

 

"You are already logged in", after accepting, wait around 20-30 seconds before continuing, then you should log in fine

 

There are two possible things if this message showed up

1.Your account is online(someone is logging in it or using it)
2.You got dc'ed randomly and probably your Inet problems or sendlog.. if you log in your account info that "you already log in" will be shown and you will be dc as long as your toon in-game then when you log in again it should be fine.
