Solved Cannot connect to the server

Whenever I log in my account ,on my first attempt right after opening the Gamez Aion client, it prompts to "You are already logged in. (7)". For the second attempt, it will go through the server selection then it prompts to "Cannot connect to the server" then disconnects me. I cannot access my characters.

I already restarted my computer and reopened Gamez Aion client.

Is the server down or what?
