Cannot copy upgraded Vell's heart to Tag character

Bug Name:

Cannot copy upgraded Vell's heart to Tag character​

Bug Description:

You cannot form copy your upgraded vell's heart to tag character, game gives the item have already been transfered which clearly was not. On the other hand I can copy unupgraded vell's heart to my tag. I also tried to use single copy it doesnt work either.​

How to reproduce/proof:

basicly, trying to copy upgraded vell's heart( upgraded with khan's heart: protection, destruction, life) give the error " item have already been transfered" my fellow guild member also cant copy upgraded vell's heart.​

 

The Question is that enchant Vell's heart has been deprecated. (It only exists in golb)
and retail now replaces it with Elvia Calpheon's Blessed Soul Fragment.

So unless devs customize it, upgraded Vell's heart can never be copy.
