Sorry but I could not see anything on that "video" at all, try to take screenshots please, in Win10 you can use the "Win-key" + Print Screen to take a screenshot.

 

YOU DONT SEE ANYTHING ? I CANNOT OPEN THE LAUNCHER. TRY OPEN IT ALLWAY AUTO CLOSE

 

Hey I am trying to be helpful here, no need to throw a hissy-fit there pal, do not shout at me or I will simply stop helping you.

As I said, please include screenshots of what is actually happening, please.

 

you don't understand what can i talk to you. that problem is cannot open the launcher , when i open it will disappear . it only can see in video. with screenshots can't help you see that .

 

Am getting this issue too, the launcher appears as an task after being launched (tried methods additionally : as admin,as windows 7-8) but then proceeds to close itself without giving any error messages, the error log doesn't tell much either,this started happening after the latest windows update (for me at least).

 

I am also having this issue, a fix would be appreiciated @Kolka

 

Hmmm, did you try to use the link for the updated Launcher number 5 on this list (http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/)?

Otherwise I would delete usercache and all the folder in documents liked to BDO, then check to get the lastest Visual C++ version, it has usually solved my problems to do this...not sure if it will help you but it is worth a try.

Only thing right now that might work for the most is Windows 10 update rollback as i mentioned before it started happened only after the recent update (KB4515384 , KB4514359 , KB4516115)

 

i use 2 pc in home same version windows 10, one have problem, one not.

 

Update with possible fix for the most : Tried resetting Windows and it worked, seems like the update that my system received was faulty or not properly implemented for release.
