Cannot log in or play the game

This is my first time using this Private server, I made this account within the same hour I'm posting this and every time I try to log in it tells me "Cannot login at this IP (22)" Or something along those lines.
This is really stupid considering its my first time EVER trying to log in, what could ever be the issue??????

 

Ok I made another account. I give up. Back to Euroaion or Aion America. At least those actually work.

 

You might as well play a retail server or go back to euroaion, this is far from classic gamez anyway

 

I wanted to try a more classic version of Aion but its whatever I suppose.

 

Did you try and log in through the website first probably wait for a few minutes and log in to the game.

will it ruin my installed direct x 12?

 

It should work, I'm using the latest one and the game runs perfectly.

Hey there! Have you tried to click on "Check" when opening the launcher?

 

i cant share to you how i open my gamezaion...i dont know how to share the video

 

It's fine no need really for a video, have you tried clicking on "Check"? It should be here when you open the launcher.

 

Had the same issue just few minutes ago, file check works in this case. If you open your game all the time by "Active Launcher" the screenshot Joze made won't appear for you. If you can't find normal Gamez Aion launcher, try to download it from the website then do the File Check.

Tip for anyone experiencing the same issue:

Make sure to have your GamezAION launcher available, and try to click on "Check" if there are error messages related to game files.

Late reply but no it just wasn't letting me log in even after it had been over an hour. It is what it is, just wasn't meant to be for me.
