Solved Cannot mount T10 Horse

    Hello,

    I just purchased the Mythic horse from the shop and there is no option to mount it. I have already tried remote collect + recover and doesn't work there. I have also cleared out my cache folder beforehand and still nothing there. I would appreciate any help!

    Note: My T7 horse works fine, the only issue is with the T10 horse from donation shop.

    It's not a bug. Seasonal characters can't mount T9/10 horses.
