Cannot unlock last stigma slot and stigma skill obtained without stigma

    Ever since hitting lvl 60 i've never had the last stigma slot unlocked. Ive done the greater stigma quests to see if it would open it but no results.

    Also i have a stigma skill (hit mantra I) that i can use only i dont have that stigma equipped.
