Can't access account

    Hi , I can't access my account ("khebrela"), when i try to login error window pops up with message "you cannot access game trough this IP.(22)" , but i logged in other account without any problem , if my account or IP is banned gm-s explain why and if my IP is banned how the hell i can access other accounts, additionally yesterday when server crashed few times and i try to login after a while it says that i was already logged in , so please help me , thanks
