Can't change fonts

I'm trying to do the Incendar method to change fonts (prestringtable -> font -> pearl.ttf), and the game keeps deleting the prestringtable folder. Is there a way to still change the font?

 

In your launcher settings, there should be a checkbox for language packs, I can't remember whether you check it or uncheck it, but that's how you get the game to stop deleting the font folder.
