Can't change my password

Hello,

I already posted a thread about that but now I want to discuss this topic again. So I'm the creater of my account and like I know it's impossible to change the registered E-Mail Address on the account, that's why I'm wondering that I don't get a verification E-Mail on my E-Mail Account after I tried a password change.

Yes, I'm really sure that it is the right E-Mail Address and I also checked the Junk-Mail folder. Someone told me in the last topic, that he waited 24h until he got that verification E-Mail, but I'm waiting for it for 3 days now and I tried the password change around 10 times, but nothing happens. I still don't get the E-Mail.

Now my question is, who do I have to contact for my problem and is it possible that a GM can look up the E-Mail address which is registered on my account. Is any proof required? Because on the 23rd of April 2011 it was the last time when I changed my password and I still got this E-Mail in my Inbox, I could make a screenshot of it or something like that.

I hope someone can help me with my problem, thanking you in anticipation.

AMs cant check it , however u can send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask Carl to verify it
