Can't Change Password

So basically I've been in a password change loop for the past 20 minutes. I'm trying to come back to Gamez Aion AGAIN. I always leave and come back a couple months later. Anyways, whats happening is I have one of those temporary passwords that the website generates because I couldnt remember my old one. So I go to the password change and put in a new one and put the "Old" password as the generated one. Basically it tells me to check my email for the confirmation and loops me back to square 1 with a brand new generated password. So basically WAT DO?!

But seriously what am I supposed to do about this temporary password is there any way around it?
