Can't click while in the game

Hi, I so i downloaded the game fresh and opened it from the Launcher and when i got in the game, on the start page I can't click anything.I tried changing doing the disable fullscreen optimization in the properties from the properties for the game. I've seen threads saying that i should try to run the game in windowed mode from the GameOption thing but I do not have this file after the download, i even force checked the folders from the patcher. Any help ?

 

Navigate to the following directory in your computer:

%userprofile%\Documents\Black Desert
Open the GameOption.txt with any text editor (e.g. Notepad, Notepad++, Sublime Text or Atom) and edit the following lines:

width = xxxx
height = xxx
To the following:
Code:
windowed = 2
width = 1920
height = 1080
File -> Save As -> GameOption -> Save -> Yes
