cant connect on another char

    I got this problem of accessing 1 character in my account. :crying:All the others are just fine as before. Whenever i attempt to log-in this particular character, an error will prompt saying "You are disconnected from the game server". The character name is Crucialfaith, its the most important of all my characters.:sad:
