Can't connect on my acc

First of all, i was log 2 min ago so i got a debuff from a cleric after that this debuff can't be take off with dispel and pot i make a relog with my aion so after i do that i can't log on my acc, say my connect get some error but i have another acc and i can connect fine on there but my prinpipal still say ( Fail To Connect With Game Server ), please help me unstuck my char or something like that or just say what i have to do.
